1. Returns and Exchanges
At Saberian Jewellery, we are committed to ensuring the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. In line with the UAE's Consumer Protection Law, we offer the following:

  • Eligibility for Returns:

    • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item if a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping is identified.
    • The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
    • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
    • Final Sale Items: Please note that final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Process:

    • To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at saberianjewellery.uae@gmail.com or 0502594948.
    • Upon approval, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
    • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Options:

    • Repair: We will repair the defective item at no additional cost.
    • Exchange: If repair is not feasible, we will exchange the item for a new one of the same model.
    • Refund: If neither repair nor exchange is possible, a refund will be issued after deducting the 5% VAT, as taxes are non-refundable.

2. Refunds
Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

  • Approval: Refunds will only be issued for items with verified manufacturing defects if repair or exchange is not possible.
  • VAT Deduction: A 5% VAT included in the purchase price will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Delays: If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at saberianjewellery.uae@gmail.com.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry.
  • Final sale items.
  • Items without verified manufacturing defects.
  • Items that have been worn, used, or altered post-delivery.
